EXCHANGE and STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If you are not satisfied or have an issue with your order, you must notify us within five (5) business days of the delivery date to receive a STORE CREDIT.  

NO REFUNDS.

We will not accept any worn items with signs of stains/tears.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for shipping costs. Please provide us with your tracking number once shipped to ALEONG ARTISTRY. Any worn, stained or torn merchandise returned, there will be NO store credit granted. Payment and item then becomes forfeited by you, "the customer."
